Covid has turned our lives upside down, how did you experience this long period of pause? How did you manage to train your very young players?

It was really bad to be away from the fields, but I always tried to keep the contacts alive by interacting on social networks and trying to keep the enthusiasm alive

In your opinion, what will this long period of pause mean for adolescents?

It will certainly not be easy to be able to experience sport as before because there is always a bit of fear, but I hope that thanks to the help of vaccines we can return to normal.

When did you discover that football would become your greatest passion?

From an early age I felt a deep feeling for this sport, it is a passion that was passed on to me by my father and I have been lucky enough to collaborate with him for years, when we are on the pitch just a glance is enough to understand us.

You have played in different teams, which one are you most attached to?

Surely in the youth sector of Mariano Keller they were wonderful years managing to win a regional championship. The years with the Aversa Normanna were also beautiful, competing in the National Allievi and Berretti Nazionale.

Why do you think everyone tries to become a footballer? What attracts them, plus the fame or the money?

Certainly, the economic aspect plays a fundamental role, but I strongly believe that it is truly the most beautiful sport in the world.

Why did you decide at some point in your life to become a manager?

Coach is an important word. At the moment I feel more like an instructor. There are two things that prompted me to undertake this path: the first was dictated by the fact that I had a father who already did this "job" and the second is the satisfaction of seeing the children being able to learn new things with my advice. .

What is the main quality that a coach must have?

Loyalty

You train very young players, how do you relate to them?

I relate with extreme humanity, but sometimes you also need to be a little hard to try to keep your attention always alive.

What is the biggest difficulty you have with these players?

Definitely keep concentration alive.

How are the relationships with the parents?

I always try to create a collaboration with parents, obviously always maintaining a certain respect between the roles.

What is football giving her and what is it taking away from her?

Football hasn't taken me away and it's not taking anything away from me. It has enriched and will continue to enrich my wealth of experience.

You graduated in Sports Science, in your opinion how could it change your future life?

I hope to reach important goals, currently I am happy to be in a serious Norman County society, which does not make me miss anything and always puts the good of the students first.

Are you going to take the Uefa B license?

Yes, I would like to try to train myself more and more so that I can always transmit important notions to my players.

One of his strengths and weaknesses, in football terms, is it obvious?

I always prefer others to talk about my strengths.
As for the defects, I think I still have to improve a lot and this is an aspect that leads me to always want to improve and update myself.

A dream for the future?

My dream is to continue working in the youth sector and be able to train many good players.
